We trust that you will enjoy many trouble free miles of motoring and that your vehicle meets the standard you would expect from a reputable motor dealer such as ourselves.

Whilst we endeavour to ensure that every vehicle we sell meets the highest possible standards, unfortunately on occasion defects can appear on a vehicle subsequent to sale which could not have been foreseen.

If You Discover a Fault

Should you discover a fault with your vehicle shortly after purchase, then we ask that you take the following course of action:

Inform Us as Soon as Possible

Get in touch the moment you notice a problem so we can start looking into it straight away.

Book the Vehicle In With Us

Arrange with us to bring the vehicle to our premises or nominated workshop so the alleged problem can be inspected and a suitable course of action taken.

Please do not take the vehicle to a third party garage before allowing us to inspect it

We will not accept liability for any work carried out by another garage, and we do not accept responsibility for other dealers' costs unless expressly authorised by ourselves.

Important to Know

Often a Simple Fix

It is important to remember that what might appear to you as a serious fault is often anything but, and can accordingly be rectified by our experienced staff at little cost.

Wear & Tear Excluded

Please be aware we cannot accept responsibility for wear and tear items, or for defects commensurate with the vehicle's age, mileage, and price.

Valid for Three Months

These terms and conditions are only valid for the three months from date of handover or delivery.

Cover for major mechanical components including the engine, gearbox, and drivetrain.

Electrical Systems

Protection for essential electrical components such as the alternator, starter motor, and ECU.

Steering & Suspension

Cover for key steering, suspension, and braking system components.

Includes cover for water pumps, radiators, fuel pumps, and injectors.
